Michael Keeler LL.M (London) and PhD (Warwick), (a part-time teaching member of the University of Warwick) personally provides expertise in all aspects of company and business law, and property law (commercial and domestic). He also advises on contractual issues (including pre-nuptial agreements), probate, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
In 2001, Michael migrated his Coventry-founded law firm to his rural Kenilworth farmhouse residence and developed the practice into the current solicitors business model. Prior to this he gained considerable experience in Birmingham at a city centre law firm partner concurrently with being an equity partner in a London City law firm.
In November 2015, Michael was awarded a doctorate research degree by the Senate at Warwick University, including corporate and other regulatory law under Professor John McEldowney, PhD (Cambridge), – a world class academic with World-wide professorial posts, and who is also an adviser to Parliament. In September 2015 Professor Paul Raffield invited Michael to re-join the Law School for Michael’s 21st year at Warwick University.
